This policy explains how Earthbowl Pvt Ltd ("we") collects and uses your personal information when you use myhandbooks.shop or buy the e-book Building a Food Brand From Scratch.

• Details you give us: your name, email address and mobile number when you buy the e-book.
• Payment details: processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment ID, amount and status, but we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
• On your device: the website stores your purchase details in your browser so it can show your download again on the same device. You can clear this anytime from your browser settings.

How we use it

• To process your payment and deliver the e-book.
• To email you the e-book, download links and order information.
• To help you if you lose your download or contact support.
• To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the website and deliver your order:

• Razorpay: payment processing
• Brevo: sending the delivery email
• Netlify: website hosting

We may also share information if required by law or by a government authority.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support and as required by Indian tax and accounting laws, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing earthbowlpvtltd@gmail.com. We handle requests in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.

Security

The website uses HTTPS, payments are handled by Razorpay, and access to order data is limited. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
